1991bet Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights and Obligations

By registering, accessing, or using any feature of the platform 1991bet — whether to place Sports Betting on the Brasileirão Série A, play Aviator, Spaceman or any other crash game, take part in the VIP Program, or simply browse the site — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all Terms and Conditions set out here.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (the user) and 1991bet. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use the platform. Simply creating an account on 1991bet constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all versions of the 1991bet platform, including access via browser on desktop, Android, iPhone, and tablets, with no app installation required.

To create and use an account on 1991bet, you must meet all of the requirements below. Failure to comply with any of them gives 1991bet the right to close your account immediately, cancel pending bets, and withhold withdrawals until the matters are resolved.

• Be at least 18 years of age of age at the time of registration. 1991bet is an adults-only platform and enforces age verification as a measure to protect minors.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) in good standing with the Receita Federal.
• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration. False or incomplete data will result in immediate account suspension.
• Not be listed on any gambling self-exclusion register — including the Federal Government register — and not be an employee, partner or immediate family member of an employee of 1991bet or any of its partner game providers.
• Full legal capacity to enter into contracts, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002).

1991bet may request additional documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), recent proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Each user is entitled to a single account on 1991bet, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts — whether with the same CPF or different CPFs — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any pending balances and bets.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) secure. 1991bet recommends using unique, complex passwords and never sharing account access with third parties. The platform is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to properly safeguard their credentials.

• Keep your account details (email, phone number, address) up to date via your account dashboard.
• Contact 1991bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• The account holder is the only person authorized to make deposits, place bets, and request withdrawals. Operating the account on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed with prior notice by email. Any remaining balance will be returned to the user via the originally used payment method.

1991bet operates exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL). All values on the platform — balances, bets, withdrawals, bonuses, and cashback — are displayed and processed in R$ (Brazilian Real).

Accepted deposit methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard), PicPay, and Mercado Pago. The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. Pix deposits are credited within seconds. Boleto bancário may take up to 1 business day to clear.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the Pix key or bank account registered under the account holder's name at 1991bet. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted. The standard processing time via Pix is up to 5 minutes after approval. VIP Program members receive priority processing.

• 1991bet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any bank charges are the user's responsibility.
• Bonus balance withdrawals are only permitted after the rollover requirement tied to the received bonus has been fully met.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, 1991bet may temporarily suspend withdrawals pending the outcome of an internal investigation, as required by law.
• 1991bet is not responsible for delays caused by issues with the user's banking system, Pix unavailability or blocks imposed by third-party financial institutions such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco or Banco do Brasil.

Sports bets on 1991bet cover Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, Campeonato Paulista, Mineiro, and other Brazilian tournaments, as well as UFC, MMA, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Free Fire), volleyball, basketball (NBB), and dozens of other sports and international competitions.

• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be cancelled or changed by the user after confirmation on the platform.
• A odds in effect at the time the bet is confirmed is the one that applies to that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed before kick-off, all bets are voided and the full amount is returned to the user's balance. Matches that are interrupted follow sport-specific rules, available in the Sports Rules section of the platform.
• 1991bet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake per event or market, particularly when odds contain obvious pricing errors (odd errors). Bets placed at materially incorrect odds may be voided and the stake returned to the user.
• Live bets are subject to transmission delays. 1991bet accepts no liability for bets placed based on outcomes already known to the user but not yet reflected in the live odds at the time of the bet ("delayed" bets).
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct. If any individual selection is voided, it is removed from the accumulator, but the remaining selections stand.

Casino games available at 1991bet — including crash games such as Aviator, Spaceman and JetX, live roulette, blackjack, slots and more — are provided by internationally certified software suppliers. 1991bet does not develop its own games and does not control the RNG (Random Number Generator) algorithms used in each title.

The RTP (Return to Player) of all games is audited by independent laboratories and published on each title within the platform. RTP represents the theoretical return percentage over a large volume of rounds — individual results vary and no RTP guarantees returns in any specific session.

• Each round of a crash game, slot, or roulette is independent and is not influenced by previous results. There is no "streak" or "pattern" that can be reliably predicted.
• Users are responsible for checking the specific rules of each game before placing a bet. Game rules are accessible within the interface of each title.
• Winnings from casino games and crash games are subject to the same withdrawal conditions described in Section 4 of these Terms.
• In the event of a technical failure during a round — such as a connection drop on the user's end or a provider server outage — 1991bet will treat the result recorded by the provider's server as final. If the provider has not recorded a result, the bet is voided and the amount is refunded.

1991bet offers welcome bonuses, seasonal promotions, VIP Program cashback, enhanced odds, and other offers. Each bonus has specific terms published at the time of the offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover: Every bonus comes with a rollover requirement (also known as turnover or wagering requirement), which sets how many times the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit, as specified in the promotion — must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover is always shown before you accept the bonus.
• Welcome Bonus: The 100% bonus up to R$ 500.00 on your first deposit is available exclusively to new users who have never made a deposit on the platform. It cannot be combined with other first-deposit promotions.
• Validity Period: Any unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete rollover requirements after the offer's expiration date are automatically cancelled with no right to reimbursement.
• Contribution by Bet Type: Sports bets and crash game bets may contribute at different percentages toward meeting the rollover requirement. Contribution percentages are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• 1991bet reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any bonus if there is suspicion of abuse, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct that goes against the spirit of the promotion.
• Withdrawals made before the rollover is completed will result in cancellation of any remaining bonus balance. Real balance accumulated during the period is retained in accordance with the specific bonus rules.

The VIP Program of 1991bet consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP points are accumulated automatically based on the total betting volume across all platform categories, including Sports Betting on the Brasileirão and games such as Aviator.

• VIP points are accumulated based on betting volume. Crash games have the highest accumulation rate on the platform. Specific rates by game type are available on the VIP Program page.
• The weekly cashback is calculated on net losses for the week (Monday to Sunday) and credited automatically every Saturday. The percentage ranges from 3% (Bronze) to 15% (Diamond). VIP cashback carries no additional rollover beyond the standard 1x requirement.
• Maintaining your VIP level requires meeting wagering volume targets within each assessment period. Users who do not reach the minimum volume for level maintenance may be downgraded to the previous tier.
• VIP benefits such as priority withdrawals, exclusive tips and birthday bonuses are applied automatically based on the user's active tier at the time of the request or relevant date.
• 1991bet reserves the right to modify the VIP Program with 30 days' prior notice by email to affected members.

A 1991bet believes that responsible entertainment and a quality platform go hand in hand. That's why we provide concrete self-management tools that any user can activate directly from the account dashboard, with no need to contact support:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, a limit can only be lowered immediately; raising a limit has a 7-day waiting period before it takes effect.

Use of 1991bet is restricted to lawful entertainment activities. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances linked to the identified conduct, and possible reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts for personal use or for third parties with the intent of accumulating bonuses or manipulating promotions.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or access the platform.
• Systematic arbitrage betting — covering all possible outcomes of an event to guarantee a profit regardless of the result, especially in the context of bonuses.
• Use of the platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities or any other purpose prohibited under Brazilian law.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any other stage of your relationship with 1991bet.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring an account to a third party.
• Systematic and deliberate attempts to exploit technical glitches, odds errors or platform vulnerabilities.
• Use of the platform by users under 18, including accounts created in the name of another adult.

1991bet may suspend or close a user account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Substantiated suspicion of fraudulent conduct, money laundering or misuse of the platform.
• Request by the user themselves (self-exclusion or voluntary account closure).
• Order issued by a competent judicial or regulatory authority.
• Identification that the user does not meet the eligibility requirements described in Section 2.

In cases of closure due to proven prohibited conduct, balances derived from the identified illicit activity may be withheld. Real deposit balances not linked to the prohibited conduct will be refunded after review, within up to 30 calendar days.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through the settings panel or by emailing suporte@1991bet.best. Closure is processed within 5 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Brazilian law, the 1991bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets or games placed on the platform. Users are solely responsible for their own gambling decisions and any losses that result from them.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond 1991bet's reasonable control.
• Deposit or withdrawal delays caused by failures in the Brazilian banking system, Pix instability, or blocks imposed by the user's own financial institution.
• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• The content or operation of any third-party platforms that may be linked from 1991bet.

1991bet's total maximum liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time the damage-causing event occurs.

The processing of personal data by 1991bet is governed by General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). Full details on how we collect, use, store, and share data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering at 1991bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations and service-related communications.

Your rights as a data subject include: access to collected data, correction of inaccurate data, portability, anonymization, deletion, and withdrawal of consent — all exercisable via your account dashboard or by contacting privacidade@1991bet.best, with a response within up to 15 business days as required by the LGPD.

1991bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly to comply with changes in Brazilian betting legislation, service updates, or new products on the platform.

Changes material — that materially affect user rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus rules — will be communicated at least 15 days' notice by email to the address registered on the account. Minor changes (textual corrections, clarifications with no impact on user rights) may be published without prior notice.

The date of the last update to these Terms is indicated at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before they come into force.

Should the dispute persist, the courts of the user's place of residence in Brazil shall have jurisdiction over matters arising from these Terms, and Brazilian law shall apply, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) where applicable.
